Hand Tied Weft: The hand tied weft process involves sewing multiple pieces of hair together in attaching the road to the head using a bead and string. This method involves no heat, tape, or glue.

 

Microbead: microbead extensions are single strands of hair that are attached to the head with a tiny bead. This method involves no heat, tape, or glue.

 

Tape-in: tape-in extensions are pieces of hair that are laid flat to the head using adhesive tape

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What is the process like?

 

The experience begins when you fill out the pre-consultation form link at the top of the page. After determining what extensions are right for you, we will meet in person for a consultation and discuss your lifestyle, maintenance, and hair extension goals. We will then custom match your color to create that beautiful, seamless blend. Next we install. Installation timing generally it’s about two hours depending on your desired look and method. Finally, we will cut your new hair to blend with your natural hair and finish off with a mini tutorial on how to style your new locks!

How often do I need to come back?

 

Hand tied Weft: move ups are required every 6 to 8 weeks depending on texture, speed of hair growth, and home care. 

With proper care, your hair can be expected to last 9-12 months. 

 

Microbead: move ups are required every 4 to 6 weeks depending on texture, speed of growth, and home care.

With proper care, your hair can expect to last 9-12 months. 

 

Tape-ins: move ups are required every 4 weeks depending on texture, speed of growth in home care.

With proper care, your hair can expect to last 6-8 months

 

Anything else I should know?

 

Via Grace Salon has taken several different extension classes. This means your stylist will be able to customize the install method to each guest, choosing what will work best with their hair type and texture.
